"This was my grandma's house. She lived on in the country (where I live now) for 60 years. My great grandparents had bought the house that was at this corner previously when they moved into town in 1948. That house stood until it was torn down in the eary 2000's. When we moved out to the farm, Grandma had this house built, but left the separate garage as it is in good shape. Grandma passed in 2013 and we sold the house - but she did a great job planning it - looks like it's been there for years (in my opinion). So the lot (including the previous house) was in the Wheeler family from 1948 - 2014...but no one lived there most of those years!"
